2.1 We offer products under the Khomli brand. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without prior notice.

2.2 Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly in appearance.

2.3 Delivery service is available only in certain districts of Tbilisi (Vake–Saburtalo, Didi Dighomi, Dighomi Massif, Gldani, Didube–Chugureti).

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment can be made via bank transfer or bank card (Visa/Mastercard).

3.2 All prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

4.1 We deliver products throughout Georgia. Delivery in Tbilisi takes 1–2 business days, and in regions 1–3 business days.

4.2 Delivery fees are as follows: Tbilisi – 5.5 GEL, Regions – 8.5 GEL. Delivery is free for orders above 30 GEL.

4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or third-party courier services.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Products may be returned or exchanged within 2 calendar days from delivery, provided they are new, unused, and in their original packaging.

5.2 Refunds will be issued after inspecting the returned product. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

5.3 Custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable except in cases of defects.
