Products can be returned within 2 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided they meet the return requirements.


Return Requirements

  • The product must be in new condition, undamaged, and unused.

  • The original packaging (if applicable) must be completely intact.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (receipt, invoice, or bank statement).

Return Conditions

A return is accepted if:

  • The product has a defect, or

  • The product does not match the item you ordered, or

  • The product is damaged and/or spoiled.

In all other cases, the product cannot be returned or refunded.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the product inspection (return).

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase or to the bank account specified by the customer.
