Recipe for Preparing the Dish
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Spread 200 g of dill on the bottom of a baking dish.
Chop 20 g of garlic and 500 g of red onion (cut into quarters and separated into layers) and place them over the dill.
Lay the fish on top, sprinkle with the seasoning blend from the packet, squeeze the juice of two lemons, and pour 150 ml of olive oil over it.
Add 100 g of chopped butter on top of the fish and bake for 15–20 minutes (the exact time depends on the size and weight of the fish).
