Recipe for Preparing the Dish
This seasoning is intended for 1 kg of kidney beans.
Boil the beans, changing the water twice during cooking.
Sauté 150 g of onions in 50 ml of oil and 30 g of butter.
Add 20 g of tomato paste, sprinkle 10 g of sugar, and simmer over low heat.
Add the seasoning blend and the sautéed mixture to the lightly mashed beans and boil for 5–7 minutes to allow the flavors to fully infuse.
Then add 30 g of coriander, 20 g of parsley, 15 g of dill, and 25 g of celery.
Simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes — and the dish is ready.
