Recipe for Preparing the Dish
Take 400 g of pork and 600 g of beef, mince them, and add 400 g of finely chopped red onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 150 ml of milk, ½ pomegranate, 100 g of blackberries, and 100 g of barberries.
Add the seasoning blend from the packet and mix thoroughly.
Let the mixture rest for at least 2 hours.
After resting, wrap the prepared filling in pork caul fat.
If you are not using pork, you may wrap it in rice sheets as an alternative.
The product can then be fried or baked in the oven.
