Description
This seasoning is designed for 2 kg of meat. It can be used both as a marinade and as a dry rub for roasting or grilling.
For a marinade, mix the seasoning blend with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and a small amount of balsamic vinegar. Let the meat marinate for 2 to 72 hours.
For roasting or grilling, coat the meat with the seasoning mixture combined with a little oil, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
