Recipe for Preparing the Dish

Instructions:
This seasoning is intended for 2 kg of ingredients.

  1. Cook the spinach/beet greens/cabbage and then finely chop them.
    For eggplant, fry until golden brown.

  2. Add the seasoning blend, 4 cloves of garlic, 100 g of walnuts
    (for eggplant use 200 g), 40 g of coriander, 30 g of celery
    (greens are optional when preparing eggplant), 15 g of dill,
    100 g of red onion, and ½ pomegranate. Mix everything thoroughly.

  3. For eggplant:
    Combine the seasoning blend and walnuts well first.
    Add 150 g of sautéed onions and mix everything until smooth.

  4. Adjust the thickness of the mixture using boiled water,
    aiming for a paste-like consistency.
